Inkub8 is a 4,350 flexible creative space centrally located in Little Haiti. This space is versatile and spacious offering many categories for rental including ; Meeting Space, Video Photo Production, Pop Up Gallery, Film Screening, Private Events, Movement Workshops, Sound Stage.

Our main space is 2,850 sq space with an expansive height of 20ft including a 16 x 14 ft insulated roll-up door that opens into our backlot. The gated backlot can be used for parking, outdoor photo video shoots, open air market gathering. Our front office meeting 1,500 sq foot space offers 4 workstations, live edge slab table, conference room and kitchenette.

The space is centrally located 4 blocks east of 95 minutes from Downtown, Wynwood, Design District, and Miami Beach.
